Is my data private?
Yes. All your health data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal health information on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I set up PrEP reminders?
Open PrEPPED+, go to Settings, and enable dose reminders. You can customize the time and frequency to match your PrEP schedule.
Can I export my data?
Yes by purchasing our Pro plan which you can do in Settings. You can export your tracking history from the app's Settings screen. Your data is exported in a standard format that you can share with your healthcare provider.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete all app data from Settings within the app. Since all data is stored on your device, deleting the app also removes all associated data.
The app isn't sending notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for PrEPPED+ in your device's Settings app under Notifications. Also check that Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode isn't blocking alerts.
I found a bug
Please email us at support@preppedplus.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and iOS version. Screenshots are helpful if possible.
